Demos Issue 5: How should the corporate and business tax rate be scaled?

Line graph voting is not functional in this demo. But notice in the graph that the voter moved two vertical lines to mark a segment of the tax rate line. A three button green-yellow-red selector has popped up. The voter selects yellow, keep as is. The selector disappears, and the selected portion of the tax rate line turns to yellow, keep as is. The voter wants the selected tax payer's tax rates to stay at their current rates. The voter may select and color other segments as well. More detailed instructions: Voting Instructions.
